To keep everything running smoothly I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I understand sometimes things can happen unexpectedly and I totally get you might have to cancel, if it is your first short notice cancellation there will be no charge given towards your account. However a repeated cancellation it will unfortunately, incur a 50% charge which will be added to your account to pay at next visit. If I don’t hear from you and you don’t arrive, the full amount will be added to your account.

I send out a confirmation text the day before your appointment to confirm and if I don’t hear from you by the end of the day I will try to call. I care too much about you to cancel straight away, but if I don't get confirmation of appointment by the end of the day it will be cancelled to make way for my waitlist clients.

I know how you excited you must be to get your beauty treatments done, but if you are unwell please reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks to ensure you're 100%. I don't want to get sick and spread anything to anyone. Especially my family! Not only you are entering a Beauty Studio but you are also entering my home.

I have the right to refuse service if I feel you are unwell.

Children - As a mum myself, I understand finding someone to look after your little one may not be an option. I may not be able to watch over your littles during your appointment, so please ensure they're near yourself or in their pram under your watchful eye. Bring as many toys and snacks as you please! BUT if you can leave them at home, that would be best.
